Working in an Online Environment
Hi there Everyone,
As I have been visiting the workshop, reading on the forums, I wanted to begin this which I hope will serve as a "springboard" of ideas for us to build upon the wonderful insights being shared.

The online environment is no exception to practicing good delivery and communication tactics...and perhaps, it (online) creates even greater challenges because of the absence of the face to face connection.
Nonetheless, since the online instuctor connects with the students verbally and textually, clutches/'fillers', speed of speech, tone, pitch and word choices are critical elements of effective communication.
