Group Learning.
Students do open up a lot and share more information. I do recommend it alot
Kurt,
this is one of the exciting benefits of group work to really see the benefit to both stronger & weaker students.

We utilize groups for some of our lab activities. The stronger students tend to mentor the weaker ones which can build confidence in both!
Kayla,
and the groups are a great way to prepare the students for their eventual careers.
Ryan Meers, Ph.D.
I definitely utilize group learning. I like to see the teamwork of the groups. Often the students who do not put in a lot of input really shine in group assignments.
Afua,
yes the groups can be a great way for the students to feel more comfortable in their sharing & asking questions, especially if you have a larger class to begin with.
