Thank you, Nancy, for your observation. I have found the same thing; it really challenges us to not only vary our instructional strategies in the classroom to reach these students, but fine tune our observation skills as well as try to support special needs. This way, more challenged students can be reached. On the other side of the coin though, we need to take them a little outside of their special learning zones to help them manage challenges. The workplace, as we know, is far less forgiving than the classroom
