Learning disabilities
Forunately I haven't had any student with learning disabilities like dyslexia but I know that I should be prepared in the future just in case I do. What is important now is the instructor's ability to recognize the presence of learning disabilities so he can adjust and do the proper management as a teacher.
This training prepared me to handle this kind of situation in the future.
Thanks a lot.

I have had students with learning disabilities and finding out on day one is the most important thing to do.
I have to agree here. The bigest disability chalange I have faced is a language barier. These are easilly overcome with a little time and paitence. It is actually quite rewarding to see a student with learning chalanges succeed.
I have never dealt with any learning disabilities in class either. I have heard about IEPs but would really need to experience a studnet with a disability before I could appreciate what needs to be done to help them be successful.
I am in the same situation, not having had any students with learning disabilities. I'm happy to be exposed to the material, however, so that I can be prepared when a student with learning disabilities registers for my class.
