Be an encouraging leader with compassion for students and desire to keep them interested and growing in the field.

Developing as an instructor seems to entail a lot of retrospection to understand my own strengths and places of improvement. By understanding these aspects of myself, I can better create lesson plans and learning opportunities for my students. On top of this, I must retain my appearance as a leader using credible, candid, compassionate, commited, and clear actions.
Set an example as the instructor because the students will model their behavior after yours. Maintain professionalism and be a motivator.
Teachers as a motivator plays role to provide stimulation and encouragement to increase students’ interest and motivation
