Student Frustration

Their frustrated because they have to work at it , and it's not just given to them , basicaly it's not easy.

Hi Donald,
That is a common problem associated with maturity. Many students no matter their age sometimes forget that they have enrolled in a career training program that requires them to develop knowledge and skill that can help them earn their living. By giving them answers or points for work not done only supports their lack of skill development. By having activities for the students through which they can develop skills plus see relevance to their career choice you will be helping them to achieve their career goals.

I agree, alot of the students who are in my classes expect you to give them the answers or give them 100% grade on labs just because they completed the lab.
They have a hard time dealing with actually having to do the work to get the grade.

Students will become frustrated but by taking a few extra moments with a quick demo, it can help ease the frustration and help the student build confidence.
