FRUSTRATED STUDENTS
I notice student getting frusted when they are told one thing by one person of authority and something different by another person.
I've found the same thing.
Although not always possible. I find that a brief look at the schedule and talk with those in charge of any other activities of the day/week can help.
If you know what students are doing before/after your specific class, its easier to understand their concerns and you can ease the students by letting them know you're aware of what's going on. I guess giving them a sense that things ARE planned, prepared, running smoothly and that maybe there was just a miscommunication along the lines
what i try to do is listen to the situation
Instructors can had to student frustrations if the instructor dont try to addressed student concerns immediately.
