it is great when you can see a student graduates
and working, and it is a pleasure to remaind the first day when the student just walk thru the classroom whitout knowledge and kind of lost.
that is like, you are his life maker.

I believe most online and on ground schools provide for and insist on continuing education for their instructors. There are usually inservice seminars and training sessions to help instructors continually hone their skills.

If my student hunger for more knowledge of the course that I'm teaching, I feel like I've done my job.
All instructors should have a professional develoment plan that will assist them in improving and expanding the knowledge and skiils needed to be an excellent intructor....
