Technical topics can be very dry and boring to any student in the classroom. It is extremely important for the subject material related to the technical topic to be applied to everyday type situations. In choosing to do, so it does require the instructor to do a lot of pre-preparation for class as well as be ready for any responses that may be off the mark. One of the worst things that can occur in the classroom, especially with an adult student is for them to be embarrassed if they are incorrect in answering a question. When posing questions they should be designed so that yes there is one correct answer but at the same time, other answers could be quite applicable to the situation and that is why situational analysis questions work best for me
