How can you Facilitate learning Process?
I think to ease leaning process you should get more involve with your student and use all your tool to open subject and bring them in discuss the subject.
Real life experiences base on any subject, it will contribute the understanding of theory versus practical. Examples, documentaries others searches (books, magazine…etc) will come handy on any time.
It is important to know your students...they are individuals with individual learning techniques, lives and issues. It makes the studnet feel "a part" of something if they feel you know them.
I agree. It is important to know your students, what they need and help them get to where they are going. I think these courses have helped me see this a bit more clearly.
