Students that speak other languages than english.
Sometimes it is very hard to make both parties feel comfortable when the other think that they are talking about the other. When they are only helping one another out.
When ever students are discussing any topics in class i always try to get involved, because usually the discussion is about some misunderstanding. Being the teacher im the best person to clear up any topics. When dealing with multi lingual students that help prevent other students feeling like they're talking about them. I always moderate or control student discussions, so every one can be on the same page

This is very true. I combat this problem by being very strict as it relates to respect (whether this means between like-language or different-language students). I discourage comments like "you didn't get that, that was easy" or sucking of this teeth. Clear standards usually help me prevent disrespectful situations.
