This is such an important part of the career development process. If a person is not flexible he or she is going to have many challenges in the workplace. So giving them opportunities to develop the ability to be flexible will serve them well later on in their careers.

I have always tried to impress upon students the importance of flexibility. Whether you work for a large company or a small one, things change on a daily basis. Therefore you will get along a lot better with your co-workers if you are able to accept changes
