I find that no matter students have a hard time on focusing so i turn the class around and have fun with it I try to keep class fun and that keeps them focus.

This is true and I have found that when you can shift their focus back to why they came to school you achive great results, recognizing that this is a common problem is the first step just like a successful business leader would do you can renergize and refocus people by taking a few minutes to listen and perhaps offer suggestions to them that shows with minor adjustments they can have a higher level of success
