Being open to new ideas from the students gives them the energy and enthusiasm that they need to prevent themselves and myself from getting caught up in a routine where could become bored.
I completely agree, it is up to an instructor to have negative or positive energy. Positive energy is very important in a classroom settings. Gives them a chance to think outside the box

Good point. Energy, excitement and enthusiasm all contribute to a dynamic class and engaged students. If we don't bring it it is for sure the students won't be engaged.
