Learning student learning styles
I have learned over time that different students obviously have different learning styles, and they tend to linger or wander if they feel something is not hitting close to home, or they do not understand exactly what the material is being relaid to them is.

I wish you success in this effort and I will look forward to hearing how it went. With these students the fear factor of failure as well as low risk taking places them in a situation where they want a concrete set of steps to follow or facts and figures to memorize. They may be successful on the quizzes but will not be that successful in the career field due to their need to follow a recipe.

I currently have a student that is bound to wrote information. They take detailed notes but are unable to stray from them and venture out into the unknown. I have reassured, complimented, and walked through the steps repeatedly. I believe that are unsure of there ability. After taking this lesson, I will attempt to review what they have already learned to see if they are able to see how much they have accomplished. I think their learning style is good for them, it just takes Acknowledgment of the progress my student has already made... I will see Tuesday
