Instructor Motivation
What resources can we use to motivate ourselves as instructors.
Keeping up with the latest technology and briefly touching on these subjects help both myself and my class stay excited about subjects that otherwise might be mundane.

This is one of the reasons I am a teacher. It is so much fun to be a life long learner. I get to keep up on my field, share my excitement about the field with my students and get a check for doing it once a month. Talk about a win win deal! Passion for one's field and enthusiasm for teaching about it is catching and I can tell you are bringing both to your students.

I find that researching new information about the topic reinnvigorates my excitement for the subject. I am so lucky to work in a dynamic field that is ever changing. I find the things that excite me about the subject and transfer that excitement to the students' learning.
The exciting thing about teaching today is that is ever changing as well. I like that I can use activities to help drive home the information or reverse the classroom to get a different understanding of the impact our instruction gives to our students.
