Passion Empowered
The passion showed inside the classroom helps empower the student. The result is a 100% buy in and enthusiastic involvement from the entire class. The passion actually infects all and then takes off like wild fire!
Apparently, passion for the subject is a large part of my teaching method. It is my way of building an understanding for the importance of the class they are taking.... Sometimes they get caught up in the logistics of our field and forget the beauty of it..... This is what I try to re-install in my students.

Whenever I think of the importance of passion in the classroom or workplace I think of Emerson's reminder that "If we are not fired with enthusiasm we will be fired with enthusiasm." That keeps me motivated!
