As instructor, how do you respond to student that make fun from your accent ?

I like the way you are approaching diversity in your students. Everyone has a common goal in the class and that is to be successful in it. Building on that and incorporating the differences results in everyone growing during the duration of the course.

I tell my students that we all have our own accent all we have to do is to travel to a different country.
My accent as no bearing in my teaching method if they want me to speak slower and they ask that in a respectable manner we will get alone perfectly

Address the situation directly. Explain that you are bringing your career and life experiences to the classroom to help them create a future for themselves. The fact that the instructor has an accent has no bearing on the learning situation. It that doesn't work then I would talk with the administrative offices of your college and ask them for help in handling the situation.
