Motivating students
Students can be motivated by several activities which include the expertise of the instructor, instructor's passion, and the sequencing of events
I find the best motivation is through personal experiences in my field and I use that to assist them in understanding the career path they have choosen.

Very true. It is always a great feeling when I see one of these students finally get it and start to really become integrated into the learning process of the course.

The motivation for the students is the best part of the class because is the only way that we have as instructor to dicuss al the topics with them and get replay back .
Agree also, doesn't matter how hard you try, some students seem to need additional motivation

Yes, they can so we instructors need to keep making an inventory of our instructional methods to see if we are in fact reflecting passion and zeal for our teaching and our content.
