Your motivation for teaching the subject should mirror your students motivation for learning the subject.

It is a fact if instructors do not have passion for their subject matter nor enthusiasm for teaching they will not be successful. We need to bring our A game to class each time it meets. To do less is to cheat our students.

This is a very true statement. It is important that instructors do not get board with teaching. If an instructor gets board they need to start teaching the subject in a diffrent way. Teaching in a diffrent way helps get instructors back on track.
