I like to motivate the students.
Great post, If a student is motivated in class to do something , he will be more willing to repeat it daily. He will be more confident it his skills and more motivated to do it.

So true and so important. You are preparing the next generation of workers in your field and that is a powerful and important responsibility. So all the effort involved in instructional preparation and delivery needs to be of the highest standard so the students will be well prepared to enter into the construction field and be successful.

yeah its called be excited and teach what you love not just for the small paycheck but because you care about the industry your teaching about as well as the students who will one day be the leaders in the construction comunity
I think that if you have a passion for the subject that you are lecturing about the student sees that. In doing so the student is drawn in and wanting to apply the instruction in there own life..
