Retention positive enthusiasum
The more paint questions the class answers the more enthused the class gets.in our classes the phisical part of the task is a lab grade when lab an class grades are close together the enthusiasum shows how it can reflect on retenion.

I know they are excited. This is what they have been working for so now they get to go into the real world and see it as it really is, but the nice thing is that they have you as back up in case they need some additional input on something. A way of getting their feet wet but having a safety net as well.

In my nursing clinical lab classes on the hospital floor, the students are given practice at school and then bring their experiences to the floor and are very excited to be able to learn and then practice their new skills. They are comfortable to ask questions and I feel I provide an environment that supports and respects each student.
