I like your idea. As an online instructor, I wonder how I do this. I do not have a live seminar with them, so I can't really greet them. I guess I can send them e-mails daily, but I think that might be a bit too much. What do you suggest?

This is when rapport is developed as well and this is critical for student relationships and success.

The everyday “line up” is a great way to meet and greet the students by name and establish some rapport with them. Most of the time, a small conversation is engaged and the opportunity to establish a better relationship between student and teacher.
