What are some fun ways to engage students if you teach online?????

Giving different types of games that are pertaining to your lecture. Having discussions questions that will keep them on track.

I commend you for your personal touch while teaching online. You are making sure that your students know they have the support they need to be successful if they are willing to put forth the effort.

I teach online....and I look for extra "teaching opportunities" when ever possible. I encourage any type of one-on-one, such as phone calls and emails to connect with the student.
Because teaching online does not allow eye contact or the ability to read body language, an instructor must find ways to stimulate the student's minds and enhance learning. Techniques can include getting to know each student and having one-on-one conversations, getting to know the students and their individual goals and motivations, creating a rapport of mutual respect and caring.
