Student Retention
I really like the way this module focuses on the human side of being an instructor. Caring about students is the first step to having good student retention. I particularly like how the module mentions that an instructor needs to greet an acknowledge each student upon entering the class. This shows individual attention from the VERY beginning.

I loved the way this course wen through every teaching method and ideas that I use every day is my classes! I felt my head SWELL every time I read a new page it was awesome that maxknowledge knows what going on.. ihope all who take this course comply or at least try to take advice... we need GOOD teachers
I totally agree with this module. My students tell me how much they really enjoy my classes and how much they are learning. The reason for that is because I have a personal rapport with each student.
