My students are my top priority when I enter the classroom. I strive to make each one view my attention as if they were the only student in that classroom

I agree because I like to set such a tone for my classes as well. I want them to feel comfortable with how the class is going and that they have something to contribute. This way we can learn together as well as share some of our life experiences.
