All should participate and share their thoughts related to the topic at hand. This aids adults in being successful in the learning process.
Tony,
Good supportive approach in working with your students. Each students gets the individual attention needed while moving forward in his/her skill development.

when i get my new students i will show all my students what we have to do. when they have all seen the demonstration, i will then go into each booth an help each one start learning the procedure. after i do that then i go back to see how they are doing and continue helping the ones that are struggling the most. i continue the process over and over until they are confident that thet will learn what they came to learn.
Peggy,
Great attitude and source of motivation for your students. They know you are there for them if they will put forth the effort needed to be successful.

I strongly concur with this concept. Many times one is able to either see in class or after class the light bulb click on and the frustration leave the student's face. I assume my face gets happier too! I am from a large diversified family so satisfying a broad range of needs was always necessary. Just because one doesn't immediately understand a concept doesn't mean that the individual can't learn it. And I've also found that sometimes they bring unique insight and understanding to a topic. With a very poor student, I've also found that never giving up on the person helps the student to realize their importance; in the long run this persistance by the teacher can help turn around a student's performance.
this is very important topic, from the very beginning we should make clear that we want to involve each student in the learning process ,that the opinion of each student is really important for us,we need to show them that they are our reasons for being there and if one of them takes questions without answers home our goal is not acomplished ,whenever they have questions they should feel free to ask and if they feel shy in front of the students,we are willing to spend time to go over the topic again, and we should use methods to acomplish the participation of all students keeping in mind that some may be more open and less shy than others
