I really liked how the Professor from Harvard used the Horse and holding the reigns to tight as an example of what not to do in class. I can see where a class could feel smothered and less than respected. By lettting the horse have some reign it could experience and grow.

Being a rancher with horses, mules and donkeys I can appreciate your use of the reins theory of class management. So true and one we need to always remember.

It's all about maintaining a balance. Reins too loose, the horse wanders astray...
