Students as customers
The students are our customers but not our only customers. Students, instructors, employers, ect..., all have an interest in the outcomes from the training.

This is definitely true Robert, but making students our primary customers feedS the needs of our secondary customers. With great instructors that are eager to instruct we then have have an engaged student base, which feeds the instructors' eagerness to teach. From that instruction student gain valuable knowledge and enter the workforce prepared which then in turn meets the needs of our employers.
