Jennifer, It sounds like you are heading in the right direction and also have a good understanding of how you need to improve. That's a good position to be in.

I already use to-do lists consistently. I do not tend to number the tasks, which is something I could consider doing in the future.

I have found that at times I am a procrastinator and when that leads to a lot of stress I start doing things immediately which leads to more stress.
I am trying to learn to have a healthy balance between the 2. I believe making weekly lists and prioritizing the tasks will help me do this.

Darron, I like taking a step back and looking at the big picture. It's nice to have that kind of perspective. The "If you're on time, you're late" approach likely keeps you on task but is probably also stressful too.

I have always made a to-do list. I still find myself procrastinating and sometimes not getting to the bottom of my list. I will definitely work on this aspect of my procrastination

Yolanda, It's healthy to be able to come to terms with our strengths and limitations. That's the best starting point for driving changing in the future.

Fordham, For some of us, this is all we need. If you are not balancing a lot of tasks, or if you have a superb memory, you are probably ok with your current process. As most tasks come into your queue, or as the tasks increase in their level of complexity, you might consider taking the list making approach.

This course is an eye opener. Althought, I did not think of myself as a procastinator, I am in some ways. I do the easy task first, not priorizing task. Helful input.

I have learned that following writing a priority list, to write an A,B, or C before each task, which helps prioritize even further. A=Very important, B= Important but not critical, and C= nice but not doesn't need to be done immediately.

I like keeping a task list for the feeling of accomplishment and for staying on track. I will use the ranking system in order to accomplish the urgent and important tasks first.

Jeanette, That sounds like the right approach. It's one thing to write a list. It's quite another to keep that list fresh and up to date. The right frequency for list making really depends on how frequently you receive new tasks into your queue, and how quickly your tasks change.

I normally make a to do list on daily basis at work and at home from the most important/urgent to the list important task; and I do carry them out regularly. However, after learning this module, I will be reevaluating my to do list more regularly than I have been doing currently.

Nicholas, It sounds like you know yourself and your style well. That's a wonderful start. If procrastination does not go well with your freelance role, you might consider trying to improve in that area.
