Once again, another good suggestion! I must simply be a "post it" lover. Writing on a single piece of paper is much less clutter, which of course is easier on the busy mind.

Making "to do" lists is something I started years ago in high school. Most of the time if I don't write it down, I will forget to do it. Plus it makes me feel better when I write things down and get them out of my head.
