Tasks

I would like to share how I complete my task list for the week:

1) Most Important Items For The Week, numbered from most important on to to least important on bottom.

2) After completion on the most important items from the week I move the least important topics to the next week.

I do all of this on an electronic database or my event database on my PDA or cell phone which I sink to my Outlook.

What Byron mentions in his comment is that, as many things in life can go in our way, it can be challenging to complete all tasks assigned. Again, by focusing on the one that the most important in order to complete, secondary or tertiary tasks can be postponed to a later date. Therefore it is a key aspect to review the "to do list" regularly, update it, in order to maintain the focus on what needs to be done.

Nice! I like how you are leveraging digital technology to keep organized. This is probably especially handy when rewriting your list!
