Spiritual Interventions

People want more from mental & spiritual therapy than a clear account and chronology (phase 1) and symbolic analysis (phase 2). They want an expanded and deepened sense of the meaning of their lives.

Identity--Who am I? Why am I here?
Direction--Where am I going? How do I get there?
Purpose--What am I doing here? Why am I going there? What does it all mean?

This simply helps to put every aspect of our personal & professional lives in a more workable, logical and a stronger vision of accomplishment and self gratification.

These questions are great for one self and in the class. you will teach the students how to connect with themselves in a way that they never knew. If we dont ask out selves theses questions who will, and we are the only ones that can answer them.

I could not agree with you more! Spiritually speaking....Who am I? I am someone who wishes to see everyone excel in their every endeavor.

Why am I here! I believe that I have been God-ordained with the ability, compassion, sensitivity, and the expertise to help each student reach their greatest potential.

It is extremely self-gratifying to see students finally matriculate and to graduate and work in their field of endeavor.

Yes, these questions are tough to answer - but once one can answer them you feel better about why you get up everyday and move through the day.

Yes Servet, that is the hope!

I sincerely hopew not only our students, but also
the instructors/Teachers do have pretty good idea why they are there and why it is important for them to make a commitment sacrifice!!!

These are great questions to keep in mind Cindy. When we understand where our students are coming from and where they'd like to go, we can help them get there.

I think asking these questions, in part, of our students could be helpful. Who are they, why are they taking the class? Where are they going with it? What do they hope to get out of it?

would asking these types of questions of our students be useful or too much

These are some great questions Judith. Finding the answers can be stressful but also rewarding.
