Organizational management is key to success in time and stress management.
I am also enrolled in a master of arts progeram in adult education, at university of phoenix, so time is limited, the 40 weeks are a blessing.
Wow, sounds like a very stressful environment Kevin. 80 hours a week in just 5 days is tough. It's a wonder you get any housework accomplished at all.
Orginizational management has control over a lot of our time as they schedule tasks and times for them to be accomplished. It is truw it is up to us to compy at certain times but aswe are all working double shifts 85 percent of the time we are limited that we can acheive the required training and repair lab aids. As we are not allowed to work saturday and most of us have logged 70 to 80 hours in 5 days. In some nistances they do control time as tey require us to attend meetings and do specific labs.
What little time Ihave left is spent at home on home workor house work,or trying to sleep
