I always carry a notepad, that helps me to remember what needs to be done.
the eaiest thing to do is to make a list there are enought things to remember why make it harder on your self.
Not pads are a great way to get your ideas out of your head and on paper. They can really help you clear you mind and are so easy to transport too!
I also use the note pad it was a great help in keeping on task for what needs to be done
Interesting technique Lanny. That's not one that I hear often these days but if it works for you then go with that!
I got used to using 3 x 5 index cards with a rubber band. I can change the priority, keep the completed ones for reference and also use them to "refresh" my memory for techniques and resolutions that worked in other situations.
Interesting system and I like it. If you can find a way to always carry your clip board with you, your list is always accessible and the board makes it easy to take notes too!
Sounds like a great system Gregory. It's hard to ignore priority paperwork when it's looking right at you!
I like to put paperwork in order of importance in a desk filing tray. That way th emost urgent items are at the top.
I use a clip board for my "to do" list. any thing that I am working on is on that board.
I too use a notepad, and starting from the front I note items that need to be addressed for the students. Flipping the note pad over (writing on the reverse side of the pages), I note items that need to be addressed for myself or the classroom (supplies, maintenance, training aid issues, etc). This allows me to manage both areas effectively.
A notepad works great Rob. It's always with you and a very simple method of recording what we need to remember.
