Is very important to do list to control all our activitiess. Each Monday I do the list and prioritize my tasks.
Every day I check the list and rewrite it, if is necesary.
For me is a excelent method the control strees

Steven, I'm glad to hear your list is working well for you. Yes, some instructors simply can't live without their lists and that's ok. What's important is to find and use the tools for time management that work best for you.

These days I have found that I just about live throu my to do list. Yes it may sound bad but I have to to admite that it has helped with reducing my stress leaves. It allows me to see at a glance what needs need to get done.

Alina, Yes, lists and sub lists can be great tools. Sometimes people use digital devices - like their cell phones - to make lists portable and to keep them close at all times.

Trent, So true. It's such a great feeling when we can cross items off our our lists. It's also nice to know everything is accounted for and that tasks haven't accidentally fallen off of our queues.

Is really, is very import for me to do list and I'm agree with you about to do sub-lists to ensure and we don't forget anything

I am in complete agreement with this course's insistence of a "to do" list. Whenever I sit down to plan lessons, I write down everything I need for a given course and even add sub-lists to ensure I don't forget anything. Crossing off each item is incredibly rewarding and keeps me on top of my busy schedule.
