TIME RESERVED
Taking control of our time lets us enjoy time doing other things we will not have time for if we putting off for tomorrow what we are suppose to be doing today
I usually only work 32 hours a week over a course of four days. One of my days off is "just for me"...no housework, no work related anything...just me relaxing. It's very easy to get caught up in several things that can occur at work and/or home and wind up losing yourself and/or suffering from burn-out.
Cleo, It's great to block out time that's just for you. I like the idea of scheduling you time in advance. I find that often times, if events are not on the calendar, they just don't end up happening.

I like to reserve time per week to do nothing. Because I work 4/10 hr days the free time between AM Adminstration and PM Classroom. I run erronds 1hr & read or rest 1hr,then prepare for class 1hr- every day that way I can let go of things before changing gears for class.
