Start with "The idiots guide to time mangement". Believe it or not, it's pretty good. Then read "the 7 habits of highly effective people" by steve covey. A classic! If you have time, try meditation. A mantra helps. Good luck!
Wow this guy loves to read.It's true that you must find that one nitch that works for you because what works for you may not work for the next person. You also must feel at ease with the program you set for yourself. Knowing what works for you is half the battle when it come to time management and destressing.
You can read TOO MANY.
anthony Robbins supposedly read 400 books before he started his thing.....Overkill? He's a millionaire.
David, Thanks for these great recommendations. Yes, there are lots of great self-help books out there that serve as a great point of reference. They help with continued learning on the topics of both time and stress management.
