Time is Essential
I used to struggle with time management in the past, and honestly still do sometimes when caught up in work. My students, some more than others, tend to struggle with this concept quite a bit. I am thinking of a way to get them to become more aware of their time and what they do with it. Maybe this will help them to see where their time is best spent when keeping their future in mind.
Siddra, Yes, at the end of the day there are only so many hours. We've got to be realistic with how much we can actually get done.

Yes, I agree. What I have found very helpful is making calendar and giving yourself realistic goals. Trying to add too many tasks on the same day causes difficulty in time management and make it hard to be consistent.
Robert, That sounds like an honest assessment. It sounds like you need to build a buffer into your schedule to account for meetings that run long. This can give you much needed flexibility.

I use what I was taught in college. A calendar that lists out school, work, & play time. However, I tend to put too much and not plan long enough time slots to accomplish certain. This course has been a good reminder that "I control my time."
