Amazingly after a day of "combat" and feeling like the drive home is all I can manage I make time one day every week to meet with peers with similar challenges & after 90 minutes with each one sharing, I feel able to face the rest of the week AJ
Yes this is true John! The challenge most instructors face is finding ways to do that. But to your point, even an extra 15 minutes a day can give you the feeling of much more wiggle room. It's a great feeling.
