Stress
Everyone experiences stress. The task of balancing one's personal and professional life, as well as an teaching in an accelerated academic curriculum is no easy undertaking.
Remember that since stress affects us physically, enduring stress at work can carry over into our overall well-being at home, school, or elsewhere, etc.
How do you handle stress?
My best stress buster is exercise! I belong to a gym and I go faithfully four times a week. I do my best onine work after coming home from the fym. All that oxygen surging around seems to make me more efficient! It's time well spent.

I handle stress by completing my online work when it is very quiet, and everyone in the house is asleep. It usually works for classroom stress. However, I handle stress by leaving stressful situations and person out of my life - the less drama I am involved in (their lives), the less drama I have (in my life).
Thus, I am able to complete what is important, stress-free!
