Stress

There are many different types of stress that affect my life. There were very good suggestions in the lesson to help deal with both personal and professional stressors.

Indeed.The seven habits of Covey will tell you that.having the discipline to do exercise regularly will not only keep you in reasonable shape,but also relief you from stress.
Body and mind work together.

Excercise and working out is a great stress relief.

Mary - I would agree with this as well. I liked the suggestion of writing down the list of stresses and then identifying how that stress can be alleviated.
