Stress

Excersise is great to relieve stress and helps you sleep better at night.

For me, a fifteen minute break does a great deal for for dealing with the stress in a normal work day.Most of the time I may relax in in my vehicle just to collect my thoughts without any distractions.

Always! Even a good jog home from school can relieve the day's stress.

Yes, exercise is a *huge* stress reliever. Sometimes just a quick walk, or even fresh air if I time during a break during the day at work helps as well.

I hadn't given it much thought but verbalizing & acknowledging stressors in our lives does help tremendously.

I think that once we acknowledge that these stressors exist we can then cope with them or find a way to "embrace" them.

I like the way that you effectively identified many different types of stressors in your life. Sometimes, just verbalizing and acknowledging the things that cause us stress can help us start to cope with these stressors.
