stress can cause many health issues that can be mostly avoided with the proper steps.
I also agree that you should identify and address the source of stress in your life. Definately because of the health issues that can arise, but also when you are stressed you are not able to perform at the level that you are truly capable.
I agree, identifying and dealing with stress as soon as possible is important due to the health implications that could arise due to ignoring symptoms of stress.One way to deal with stress is to always allow for personal time in your schedule no matter how busy it is. Use this time to meditate, listen to soothing music, get a massage or what ever it may be to help relieve your own personal stress. Taking time for yourself will allow you to refocus so that you can decide on a plan of action to deal with what stresses you out.
It's true Robin. Stress really can be terrible for people physically. Often times, people don't make the connection between the stress they feel and what's happening physically. Bringing attention to the connection can be the first step in the right direction.
I incorporate into lectures how putting stress upon yourself can be the root of all evil. Stress has such a volatile reaction to the human body that I tell students to find their way to meditate, pray, or just be silent for a few minutes to destress themselves and it works!
stress should not be over looked or put off until it is to late,rather it should be addressed and resovled so that you can have a better quality of living
