Good Stress

If someone looks at work-related stress as a challenge, it can often be a motivator. But how does one tell the difference between good and bad stress?

I completely agree with you. I feel like I wait to the last minute to do certain things but then it always works well in the end.

I completly agree, I tend to work better knowing that I have a time line for my projects, and I seem to do better work when I am down to the wire, If I have to much time, it seems as if I dont do my best, because there is always tomorrow.

Indeed true Mitch. Sometimes bad stress can encourage us to do great things and stay on task. It's unhealthy but productive.

Bad stress can also motivate, sometimes for a good result.

good stress motivates you, bad stress upsets you.

This can and dose jump start some individuals to begin their reading assignments or a motvational tool to continue school.
