REFUSE TO BE STRESSED OUT

Hello to all,I try to simply refuse to be stressed out. No one can make you mad unless you let them.Dont let someone else control your stress level.Refer to your to do list.I dont think you put getting mad or stressed out on there.Go for a walk,get some fresh air.It helps.

I follow a saying of an commercial"never let them see you sweat"

I like the idea of never being stressed. I wonder if having that as a goal would just add another stressor.

BRUCE, Excellent perspective. It's nice to know that there are some instructors out there who simply cannot be shaken up by the stress in their lives. At the same time, you should know that it's ok to let go every now and then if something is really bugging you.
