What stresses me out...
Stress is a part of life. There are things we can do to manage stress. Taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly helps.
When I am stressed out at home or at work I like to go for a walk and gather my thoghts.
I even ask God for help sometimes when I feel overwhelmed.
Deep breathing works to calm. Also, re-focus on the importance of the activity that produced the stress.

I have also learned to talk to others about things that stress me out. I have found that "talking about" is a great claming method. I was surprised to know that some of things I stress about or things others are dealing with as well.
When I am stressed, I need to vent, I talk it out of my system to my coworker who is my friend, then I feel better and can continue. If I hold it in it may come out wrong to the wrong person

to help reduce the stress in your life. I just
showed a video of informative speeches to my
communication class, and that was one of the best
presentations. I've found when I breathe in and
out slowly, I can feel my heart rate slow down, and I do feel calmer.
