what stressing you out

I couldn't agree more! The healthcare field can be so challenging and stressful!! Smiling is the keep and makes everyone else feel better. Even if you are totally stressed you need to smile and make the best of things. Also reevaluate things and see what some big stressors are in your life

Patricia, Sounds like you have developed a great approach and one that is customized to work best for you. That's really the key. It's important to really get to know our needs, what works and what doesn't.

Over the years working in the health care field, can be a stress me out--but I have learned methods of dealing with stress --at least for me. One is to talk with others who listen and don't feel your alone in being stressed. I love to smile everyday..it helps me make my day..maybe getting older is learning how to handle a few issues that are not worth stressing over!

What doesn't stress me out. Truely I try not to let anything stress me out. The environment in which I work changes everyday. One never knows what is coming. So I smile, and sing Day by Day to myself and sometimes out loud, then smile some more. Maybe my age, but I have learned that stress will kill you fast.
