stress and illness
try not to let little things take up so much of your time and stressing you out, try breathing are a short brisk walk.
I come from a long line of very stressed out people. Stress has always been a part of my life, but as an adult I am trying to break the cycle. I have experienced short term health issues in the past that I now work hard to not relapse into. One of the many ways I work on this is to take time out for myself at least a couple times a week. I also try and get outside into nature as often as I can.
Good luck everyone with dealing with potential stress, we all deserve to live a long happy and healthy life.
I am a jogger and even though it reduces my stress I also find allowing fun time to be very important. Sometimes this means just vegging in front of brainless TV. Sometimes reading something not related to my work (a good mystery novel) also helps my body relax.
As an instructor, I find exercising and eating healthy definitely decreases my stress levels. When I first started as an instructor, I found eating properly and exercising as a difficulty. Thankfully, I am now developing a routine to help me accomplish a healthier lifestyle. Healthy habits help me feel good both internally and externally. I often stop as well to take deep breaths, which makes me feel like I’ve just taken loads of stress off.
stress can cause many health related issues. Each person should develop a way to overcome stress
John, Sounds tough. Ultimately we may need medication when stress has severe physical outcomes. Where it is possible, it's good to get ahead of all that by reducing or coping with the stress that leads to the problems in the first place. This is not always possible but it's good to try.

Faylee, Yes both of these things can help with stress and illness. Walking can be amazing when it comes to our health and it's low impact too.
