stressors
i really have learned about stressors, their cause and how to define them and categorize them. by listing them and putting a r or e next to them, for me.. it gives my stress less power and lets me focus on what needs to be done, whether i can REDUCE them or ELIMINATE them? and if i cant do either, what are some coping mechanisms that i can use thruout the day, really really good information!!!!!!

Wow!! i've done the same thing and it just feels like the more I can identify what makes me feel stressed the better I can cope with it.
Stressors are impossible to delete all together in life but by knowing how to react to them I think we limit the actual amount of stress we actually experience. So while i know stress will never go away altogether I think my focus will remain more on how to conduct myself in stressful situations.
